THE TRACER PROJECT

The Tracer Project began in the winter of 1999 with a clear sighting of a star-light object above a white billowing persistent contrail (PC). Within minutes, a white oval object with an intense orange flare appeared in the sky below the trail then slowly moved overhead in the direction of the trailmaker. At a later date (same location), I was astonished as a bright spherical light with a short trail literally zig-zagged low across the horizon toward my position. The sphere glimmered for a few seconds and then a trail appeared then quickly disappeared… This was followed by the spherical light disappearing from view. This pattern repeated itself until the object was approximately 3 or 4 miles away. As suddenly as it appeared in the western sky, this bright enigmatic object lit up one last time and ended its jaw-dropping display.

Within a few months of gathering numerous sighting reports and photos/videos at Tracers, it became obvious that these elusive objects were closely associated with an unusual type of persistent contrail (PC). Similar objects (usually spherical or spheroidal in shape)--witnessed, reported and videotaped repeatedly--had commonalities that could be divided easily into categories according to size, shape, color and behavior.

Sightings from credible witnesses and those experienced in identification of aircraft, photographs and videos from various countries around the world (all over the U.S., the UK, Australia, Mexico, Russia, Germany, France, Turkey, the Netherlands, Japan to name a few) and satellite images from various locales across the planet... revealed the same evidence. PCs and their spheroidal companions (or creations) are continually dispersed from location to location. And these locations are a world-wide phenomena…over both land and sea.

Shortly after the dispersal of the contrail, the PC often begins to spread and the darker objects move out of the contrail as do larger white objects with the darker ones attached. This "attachment" or "nudging against" is usually on opposing sides of the white object two or four dark objects affixed opposing one another along the exterior. With very large “white objects”, there may be multiple “dark objects” attached around the perimeter.

Those dark objects independent of the white objects "swarm" beneath the PC and in and out of the nearby clouds -- some hovering and slowly moving within and on the edges of these clouds. This swarming activity takes place at extreme speeds --the objects often reversing directions in a split second at times the objects moving very close to one another. While the white/dark object "combination" objects do move at extreme speeds and join one another in various combinations themselves -- so far these have not been observed in the swarming behavior exhibited by the darker objects.

It now appears that many interested parties are capturing on video these mysterious objects within a variety of contrails and clouds. While these objects are not the only unidentified aerial objects in our skies -- these dark and white objects appear to be the only objects that: emerge from persistent contrails; create these contrails; join together to perform tasks outside of these contrails (in clusters, swarms and a variety of flocks and formations) and are surrounded by a consistent amorphous substance and/or corona. While many theories of the origin of persistent contrails are being bandied about -- there is no doubt that these PC objects are certainly the key to unraveling this mystery.

Are the objects associated with the trails similar to or the same as those witnessed, photo/videographed and scientifically studied in other parts of the world for centuries? Perhaps our intense focus on the chemtrails has increased sightings of these objects. And it appears that these objects are creating ever more spectacular displays for us.

Objects which seem to have similar characteristics have been documented in remote areas for years. Anomalous Light Phenomena (ALP) and Nocturnal Light Phenomena” in Washington state (Yakima and Toppenish areas), Utah, areas of Texas (i.e., the Marfa Lights) and in the remote valleys of Hessdalen Norway--sightings beginning in the 1980s (the Hessdalen Project/EMBLA) are the most noted. The lights in the U.S. have purportedly been witnessed by Native Americans before the 1800s and reports collected since the 1940-50s in some areas.

David Akers’ Toppenish observations and photos took place in 1972 and describe "luminous, amber balls" that flicker, remain stationary and travel rapidly. “The [bright white] light moved so fast that it gave the impression of a streak. It would appear stationary for a moment, then, almost instantaneously, appear some distance away Akers describes a large bluish object, baseball-sized objects and an object with yellow, red and green lights hovering and then rapidly accelerating out of sight. Another object appeared to look like a bright “cloud” that sent streaks out of light and disappeared suddenly. (Unfortunately the motion picture camera did not work in the dim light and the objects were too far away for spectrograms.)

Certainly, the basic behavioral characteristics as well as the size, luminosity and color of these objects seem to match that of the PC related objects at night. The mention of a cloudy or cloud-like appearance of an object seems similar to the possible ionizing plasma surrounding the PC objects and the hazy cloud-like materials that may compose the larger white objects.

While the Chemtrail and UFO communities have remained on separate paths, it is nigh time that both of these groups as well as researchers worldwide join together to gain new insights into this phenomena. Clifford Carnicom (chemtrail researcher) years ago encouraged his constituents stating: "It is appropriate and proper to consider the existence of such orbs and/or other anomalous objects in the context of the research that has been conducted for more than five years on the nature, origin, applications and purposes of the aerosol operations."

Many from the Chemtrail community have watched as multiple spherical/spheroidal objects move in and out of the trails and desire answers as to their origin and purpose. Because the focus has been on government forces at work making "toxic trails", the "orbs" or UFOs have remained a secondary or unrelated issue to many in this community.

It may well be that sub-government R&D may have surpassed what most scientists who study these objects understand about physics. And there may indeed be multiple contributors to the formation of persistent contrails coursing across our skies (i.e., climate control efforts and perhaps vast intelligence gathering projects). Yet to many studying the objects--the form, capacities and behavior of these particular objects in these particular trails seem to be well beyond human technology.

In the UFO community – little notice has been made about the clear association between these spherical objects and persistent contrails (chemtrails)… although some groups and organizations are now open to including PCs and associated objects in their discussions and study. The question is: Will the UFO researchers now seriously concentrate on gathering data from persistent contrails/chemtrails? Will the scientists among them investigate potentially revelatory clues in the understanding of the spherical UFOs that they have investigated since the 1940s?

Most researchers who have closely studied these objects would agree that these enigmatic objects are likely one of the following: a) yet to be formally discovered naturally occurring physical or perhaps biological forms, b) exogenous or extraterrestrial interstellar or "visitor" probes self-replicating in our atmosphere or c) publicly unknown exotic human-made or acquired/back-engineered artificial intelligence.

I encourage all to keep an open mind and keep binoculars, nightvision and cameras with telephoto lenses at hand when scanning the skies (and trails) day and night. It is now imperative that we all join together remaining as objective as possible to collect and share responsible and rational data and hypotheses. I encourage scientists to conduct their own research into this ever-expanding phenomena and openly share this information with the public. I thank all those who already have done so. I also appreciate the enthusiasm and tenacity of all those who continue to search the skies for answers regarding these objects and trails.

Is the public ready for the answer? In my opinion if it is human-made, democratic values are clearly at stake. It is the people right to know. If this phenomenon is unknown--a good portion of the public already has witnessed this phenomena and needs to understand it in order to process and remain stable in the midst of this "awakening". These objects have likely been in our atmosphere for many years. It is time to reach a rational public awareness based upon our best means of understanding.

To identify, classify and finally begin to discern the true content of PCs/CTs and the related spherical/spheroidal objects a scientific approach is necessary. We can theorize that "angel hair" or polymer falls or collected air particulate or Morgellons fibers/black specks originate from PCs/CTs or passing PC objects but without a direct linkage, we cannot know their exact origin.

Scientifically collecting samples from selected persistent contrails would require some type of aircraft, uav or balloon outfitted with the proper equipment with scientists on board. This must take place multiple times in multiple locations and the process must be shared in scientific journals and be repeated by other scientists. Of course, there are a number of hurdles to overcome using this technique. A coordination of imagery, observation, sensors and experience would be necessary for selecting "viable" persistent contrail candidates. One must know what organic and inorganic materials may be present in the background atmosphere and what are the target substances and design the best methods for gathering the data.

N.C. Wickramasighe (Cardiff Centre for Astrobiology--Cardiff University) et al. have designed and utilized equipment that collects microbial and other potential lifeforms and inorganic materials via balloon in the upper atmosphere. Perhaps similar techniques might be utilized to collect matter from selected persistent contrails. Certainly more precise observations and information about the spherical objects and their creation/replication could be attained from this type of slow-moving platform.

Any data and materials collected from or around the PCs/CTs could then be analyzed and compared to other scientifically gathered data collected at lower atmospheric or ground levels. If there is a match and this is repeated over time – then some conclusions can be made as to any connections between: PCs and PC related objects; PCs or PCs objects and "angel hair"/polymer falls; angel hair/polymer falls and possibly related environmental effects and disease processes. Perhaps with greater organization and coordination of efforts funds can be raised to support these types of investigations.

All articles and information presented on Tracers is an attempt to bring further clarity by identification, description and comparison and by featuring the research of distinguished scientists and investigators to further elucidate our findings and hypotheses.
